Demystifying the Roadmap to Intelligent Automation for Boston Executives
For many executives, the benefits of Intelligent Automation (IA) are undeniable, but the roadmap to achieve them is unclear. To address this, Productive Edge teamed up with DataRobot and UiPath to host an Executive Workshop focused on IA. This interactive event educated attendees on how to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Machine Learning (AML) into existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives in order to improve productivity, enhance the consumer experience, and increase revenue and value. Executives in attendance examined specific use cases that illustrated what’s necessary to integrate IA into various functions, including finance, budgeting, and operations.
Teaching Tomorrow’s Tech Leaders through Interactive Lunch & Learn
Productive Edge regularly holds Lunch & Learn events as a way of engaging different departments and educating employees on what the various teams at PE are working on, as well as showcasing up-and-coming technologies and other topics relevant to our company culture. These interactive lunch events provide more than just food, they are experiences. They present our staff with an opportunity to take a break from their work, come together as a collective team, and experience the spirit of transparency and engagement that has always been fundamental to our success.

Introducing: The PE Summer 2019 Interns
Each year, Productive Edge endeavors to make an impact in the tech community through our Student Internship Program. By enlisting students from various colleges around the country, we are able to tap into new resources while also providing opportunities for students to gain practical hands-on experience with emerging technologies. This summer, our intern team came together to create a product by leveraging Microsoft HoloLens technology. The result is a Bluetooth-enabled visual remote assistance app that can be used by manufacturers to receive predictive analytics in order to better maintain their products. Stay tuned for our Intern Blog Series, coming out soon, which will detail the project.
PE Cares: Birthday Project Volunteering
Productive Edge (PE) and PE Cares aim to engage with the Chicago community each month in order to participate in opportunities which support and lift up those in need. The objective of our community engagement is to help build and foster a sense of commitment and positivity in our city. In July, we partnered with The Birthday Project. The goal of this group is to bring joy to children experiencing homelessness or living in transitional facilities by hosting a magical birthday celebration.
